Aoba is the main protagonist of the BL game DRAMAtical Murder. He is the twin brother of Sei , son of Nain and Haruka Seragaki and grandson of Tae . Aoba is voiced by Kagami Rui.

HistoryEdit

Aoba has a special ability called SCRAP, which allows him to control people's minds with his voice, though he can also destroy them (leaving the victims in a comatose-like state). It is later revealed that Aoba was born from Toue's research, along with his twin brother, Sei. After being born, however, the two babies died. Sei was revived after the scientists cut the hair which connected the twins. Aoba regained counciousness after Tae took him away, and she later adopted him, after abandoning him a first time. Due to his power, Aoba's mind was divided in three: the Aoba everyone knows, another personality symbolizing Aoba's SCRAP power, and Ren, whose role was to maintain the balance between the personalities as a guardian. However, after the Rhyme incident 10 years before the story, Aoba and Ren lost their memories, Ren becoming a different entity in the process.

AppearanceEdit

Aoba has long smooth blue hair in the back and has hair sticking out in the front of his head. He is always seen wearing a blue and white puffy jacket with a logo of a brain. He also wears matching shoes and gloves, navy long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and a blue studded belt. He is also always seen wearing gigantic pink headphones.

Aoba is rushing to get back home until he gets hit in the stomach. Aoba passes out later. After regaining conscientiousness, Aoba finds his hands tied up, and lying on unfamiliar grounds. He sees the man who attacked him sitting before him, with his All Mate oh his shoulder. Aoba demands to know what he wants with him, and where his grandma is. But the man ignores him as he smokes. Later, three of his men come in and he orders them to do it. Confused, Aoba tries to struggle and loosen his hands free as he finds himself grabbed by the three men. But even when he finally loosens his hands free, kicks them, and even spits them in the face he’s held down and beaten as they prepare to rape him. Aoba’s headaches also gets worse and he feels sick as they remove his pants and one of them moves their hand to his rear.

When Aoba is being chased by the police, Aoba bumps into Mink. As they continue running they finally stop and Aoba catches his breath as Mink confirms that they should be safe.

Aoba goes up to his room and finds a huge mess though – and an unwanted intruder who accessed his computer, wondering why his All Mate modification program is so complicated and who he exactly is. Of course Aoba doesn’t care about all that and demands for him to leave. Seeing that he seems clueless, Noiz repeats a set of familiar phrases, and shows a rabbit cube, his All Mate, and Aoba realises that he’s the one that forced him into the Rhyme match, and the one who ordered for the delivery as he found out that Aoba worked at the Junk Shop. He tells Aoba that he actually won the match but Aoba says that he can’t remember anything. Noiz gets forceful as he pins Aoba to the wall, wanting him to answer his questions and not feign ignorance – if not he’ll destroy Ren who is very important to Aoba.

When Aoba is being chased by the police, Noiz appears. They are later pulled into a Rhyme match by force. Aoba is disgusted with the twisted field and Noiz coolly remarks that it’s probably another Rhyme player as well.

Aoba hears something fall on the ground and spots a man wearing a gas mask lying in front of the store, much to his shock. The man promptly gets up though and addresses Aoba as “Master”. Aoba insists that he doesn’t know him, but he introduces himself as Clear and says that it was actually him who shifted him to the store yesterday. Aoba asks if he was the one in the match, but Clear denies this, saying that he heard his master’s words yesterday (“destruction and death”) and hence went to find him, and is sure that he’s his master. Aoba is still wary of him though, and wonders if he’s actually dangerous – so Aoba decides to kick him. Clear falls flat and starts sobbing and asking him to stop though lmao. Aoba is slightly relieved but tells him to shoo. Clear listens to him and from his coat pocket – he takes out a full-length umbrella even though it’s not raining

When Aoba is being chased by the police, he senses someone behind him and proceeds to speed up thinking that it’s the police except that it’s only Clear crying out for Aoba. So they run until Clear says that it’s all good and they rest to catch their breaths.
